Installation Guide

From delivery email to a fully activated Windows or Office installation in five steps.

    Check your delivery email

    After payment you receive an email with your product key and official Microsoft download link, usually within 5–30 minutes.

    Download from Microsoft

    Use the link in your email to download the official Windows ISO or Office installer directly from Microsoft's servers.

  3. 3

    Install the software

    Run the installer, or create a bootable USB with the Media Creation Tool for a clean Windows installation.

    Enter your product key

    Open Settings > System > Activation on Windows, or sign in to the Office installer, and enter the key from your email.

  5. 5

    Confirm activation

    Windows should report that it is activated. If you see an error, send us a screenshot and we will fix or replace the key the same day.

System requirements

Windows 11 needs a 1GHz 64-bit CPU with 2+ cores, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, UEFI with Secure Boot and TPM 2.0. Windows 10 and Office run comfortably on 4GB RAM and 20GB of free disk space.
