Are the keys genuine Microsoft licences?
Yes. Every key is a genuine Microsoft licence that activates directly against Microsoft's activation servers.
Which products do you sell?
Windows 11 Pro, Home and Enterprise, Windows 10 Pro, Windows Server, Office 2024 and 2021, Microsoft 365, Visio and Project.
How do I receive my key?
Your product key and download link arrive by email within 5 minutes to 4 hours after your payment is confirmed.
Is the licence lifetime or a subscription?
Windows and Office perpetual keys are lifetime licences. Microsoft 365 is a 1-year subscription, clearly marked on its product page.
Do I need a Microsoft account?
Account requirements depend on the edition and licence type. Check your product instructions.
Where do I download the software?
We send official Microsoft download links, so you always install from Microsoft's own servers.
How many PCs can I activate?
One PC per key, unless the product page states otherwise. Microsoft 365 allows up to 5 devices for one user.
Will I still get Windows updates?
Updates depend on the product version and Microsoft's support lifecycle. Check the lifecycle before purchasing older versions.
Can I move the licence to a new PC?
Retail keys can be transferred after you deactivate the old installation. Our support team can walk you through it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If a key cannot be activated and we cannot fix it, you get a replacement or a full refund within 14 days.
Do you sell to businesses?
Yes. We supply single keys and volume orders for businesses, schools and IT resellers — just contact us for pricing.
What if activation fails?
Contact support with a screenshot of the error. We fix activation issues the same day or replace the key.
Is Windows 11 free if I have Windows 10?
The upgrade is only free if your Windows 10 licence is genuine and activated. Otherwise you need a Windows 11 key.
