Your product key and download link arrive by email within 5 minutes to 4 hours after your payment is confirmed.
Windows and Office perpetual keys are lifetime licences. Microsoft 365 is a 1-year subscription, clearly marked on its product page.
Not for Windows and Office perpetual keys. A free Microsoft account is only required for Microsoft 365.
We send official Microsoft download links, so you always install from Microsoft's own servers.
One PC per key, unless the product page states otherwise. Microsoft 365 allows up to 5 devices for one user.
Yes. Your PC receives all official security and feature updates from Microsoft as normal.
Retail keys can be transferred after you deactivate the old installation. Our support team can walk you through it.
We accept PayPal, credit and debit cards, and other secure payment methods.
Yes. If a key cannot be activated and we cannot fix it, you get a replacement or a full refund within 14 days.
Yes. We supply single keys and volume orders for businesses, schools and IT resellers — just contact us for pricing.
Contact support with a screenshot of the error. We fix activation issues the same day or replace the key.
The upgrade is only free if your Windows 10 licence is genuine and activated. Otherwise you need a Windows 11 key.
